These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and cleaning services provided by MYS Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "the company"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
MYS Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services across the Phoenix, Arizona metro area, including standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and other related services described on our website.
Quotes generated online are estimates based on the information provided (bedroom count, bathroom count, square footage, and selected add-ons). Final pricing may be adjusted if the property's actual condition differs significantly from what was described.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee at the company's discretion.
Payments are processed securely through Square. Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Payment details are communicated when your appointment is confirmed.
You're responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time (key, code, or presence on-site). We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.
If you're not satisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning so we can review and resolve the situation.
Our team is insured. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service for review.
We may take "before and after" photos of the cleaned space for quality control and, occasionally, to feature on our website or social media. We do not photograph valuables or personally identifiable information. You may request that we not use photos of your property for marketing at any time.
By booking a service, you agree to receive emails and, if you provided your number for that purpose, text messages (SMS) related to your appointment (confirmations, reminders, follow-up). You may reply "STOP" to any SMS to opt out at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYS Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
